Director and Lead Geospatial Consultant

Pierre is a passionate ecologist and GIS specialist with extensive experience in spatial analysis, environmental monitoring and geospatial consulting across Australia and international markets. Working across mining, infrastructure, government and environmental sectors, he combines ecological expertise with advanced GIS and remote sensing capabilities to deliver practical, data-driven solutions and clear spatial insights for our clients.

Fletcher De Meo

Principal Geospatial Consultant

With over 10 years of experience in geospatial data and software engineering, Fletcher brings extensive expertise in cloud technologies, spatial data management and application development. His ability to design scalable, reliable geospatial systems enables us to deliver innovative solutions for clients with complex data and enterprise GIS requirements.

Ali's background in digital communications gives her a unique perspective on GIS, combining technical expertise with a passion for clear communication and visual storytelling. With over two years of experience in the geospatial industry, she  has a keen eye for turning complex spatial data into accessible maps and insights for our clients.

Jack is a Computer Science and Geospatial Systems graduate joining West GIS. He brings solid software fundamentals and a spatial mindset to our team. He is focused on Python automation and remote sensing, turning manual spatial workflows into repeatable pipelines.

Jowita brings more than four years of experience delivering GIS solutions across a wide range of projects, including offshore wind, infrastructure, ecology, planning and utilities. She enjoys turning complex spatial data and project requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Field Maps and Survey123.
